Social Tier is a social media analytics platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts, view analytics data, schedule content, and track their performance tier across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
We offer a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription tier with expanded capabilities. Features and limits for each tier are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
To use Social Tier, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. You agree to:

Social Tier offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at $7 per month. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to:
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

All content, design, code, logos, and branding within Social Tier are the intellectual property of Social Tier and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Social Tier, such as scheduled posts. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.
Social Tier is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
We are not liable for decisions made based on analytics data displayed in the app. Social media analytics data is sourced from third-party APIs and may occasionally differ from what is shown natively in those platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Tier and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time via the Settings screen or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time with 30 days' notice to active users.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
